    Is Reinventing Organizations Possible?

Trust and transparency are often stated as organizational values. But what happens when they become part of the way an organization is designed?

Who makes decisions? Who has access to information? How much autonomy do the people closest to the customer really have?

Some organizations are rethinking roles, processes, and decision making structures to bring responsibility closer to the market. The hierarchy does not necessarily disappear. Its role changes, from controlling information and decisions to creating the conditions for people and teams to act with greater autonomy and accountability.

Join us on 22 September 2026 at 13:15 CET for a 45 minute Webinar Café by Birn+Partners Team Italy, where we will explore this transformation through the real experience of Zordan, an Italian manufacturing company operating in complex B2B and international markets.

Together, we will explore three questions that go to the heart of how organizations distribute power, responsibility, and trust:

    Proximity to the customer

What changes when decisions are made closer to the customer? How can organizations reduce unnecessary layers while enabling teams to read market signals and respond more quickly?

    Autonomy and leadership

What happens when leadership shifts its focus from control to creating the conditions for people to decide, take responsibility, and use their expertise fully?

    Trust and transparency

Can an organization ask people to act with greater autonomy while keeping the criteria behind recognition, career progression, and compensation unclear? And what role can transparency play in making autonomy credible?

This will not be a traditional presentation. We will start from a real organizational transformation, including the less linear parts of the journey: resistance, difficult decisions, mistakes, and lessons learned over time.

Open questions. Open microphones. No mandatory slides.

Voice from the field: Giuseppe Caruso, CEO of Zordan Srl SB

Giuseppe Caruso has experienced Zordan's organizational transformation first hand. He will bring the perspective of someone who has had to make difficult decisions, navigate internal resistance, and learn along the way. Not an abstract model, but the experience of someone living this transformation from inside the organization.

    Key takeaways:

A concrete perspective on what it means to build an organization around the customer rather than around hierarchy

Reflections on how decision making, autonomy, and accountability can change in practice

An authentic view of the challenges and trade offs involved in organizational transformation

A conversation among peers about leadership, trust, and transparency beyond declared values

Whether you are a CEO, HR Director, executive leader, or people manager, this Webinar Café will offer a concrete opportunity to explore what it really means to rethink the traditional organizational pyramid, and whether reinventing organizations is not only an interesting idea, but a realistic possibility.

This webinar will be held in Italian.
